Refund & Return Policy for Lavren
At Lavren, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (perfume), returns and exchanges are only permitted under specific circumstances to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
- Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- Damaged/Broken Product: The perfume bottle is broken or leaking upon arrival.
- Incorrect Product: You received a fragrance or size different from what was ordered.
- Defective Packaging: There is an issue with the sprayer (atomizer) that prevents it from functioning.
- Claim Period
All claims must be made within 3 days after the package status is confirmed as “Delivered” by the courier service. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
- Mandatory Proof
To process your claim, we require:
- Unboxing Video: A clear video showing the package being opened for the first time.
- Photo Evidence: Clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect product.
- Proof of Purchase: Your order number or a valid payment receipt.
- Product Condition
The product to be returned must be:
- In its original box (if applicable).
- Not used more than 1-2 sprays (for defect testing).
- Not intentionally damaged by the customer.
- Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original bank account within 7-14 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
If the wrong product was sent, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost once we have received the incorrect product back from you.
