By placing an order on the Lavren website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that all information provided is true and accurate.

  1. Products & Pricing
  • We strive to display the colours and images of our perfume products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display them exactly.
  • All prices are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless otherwise specified.
  • Lavren reserves the right to change prices or discontinue any product without prior notice.
  1. Orders & Payment
  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is a suspicion of fraud or an error in product information.
  1. Shipping & Risk
  • Shipping is carried out through third-party courier companies.
  • Lavren is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the courier.
  1. Refund & Return Policy
  • Due to the nature of perfume products (hygiene and safety), returns are only accepted if the product received is incorrect or damaged (broken) upon arrival.
  • Complaints must be made within 24 business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) after the package is received, accompanied by an unboxing video or photo proof.

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the exclusive property of Lavren. Any use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
