Shipping Policy for Lavren

Thank you for choosing Lavren. We are committed to ensuring your perfume products reach you safely and in the best condition. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:

  1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the following business day.
  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We use trusted courier services.

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2-4 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-7 business days
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message containing your Tracking Number. You can track your package status on the respective courier’s official website.

  1. Shipping Coverage
  • Currently, Lavren only provides shipping within Malaysia.
  1. Delivery Responsibility
  • Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number provided are accurate. Lavren is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.
  • If a package is “Returned to Sender” due to failure of receipt, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
  1. Delays & Courier Issues

We do not have direct control over the operations of third-party courier companies. Any delays caused by weather, festive seasons, or technical issues on the courier’s part are beyond our control; however, we will assist you in following up on the status of your parcel.
